Overpriced, no parking available, no fresh air in the room.|In the lobby they have a mechanical piano that never stops. Slightly annoying if you want to have a conversation.||On the good side, it was clean, comfortable bed if you like hard mattresses, and the restaurant is really good: friendly personnel and tasty food.
Very pour service. Not a 4 star hotel. More on par with a 3 star. When we came to check out. We were told that we booked a room for single occupancy even though we booked double occupancy on booking.com and the hotel demanded we pay additional charge for the second person we though our receipt showed a booking for 2 people. Very poor customer service in this hotel. My question is, when we checked in why didn't they raise this at check in, when they welcome two of us the the hotel?
Please be aware, if you are looking this hotel make sure to confirm that it is for double occupancy.
Another issue, our room was very hot the entire stay and when we asked about it, we were told there is nothing that can be done.

Business trip for one week. Best location, very easy to reach all the interesting places for the city, very good and quality breakfast with fresh products. Amazing crew.
Great hotel, the rooms are clean, nice interiors. High tech touches (switches, big TV). Nice breakfast as well, every time I visit the hotel it is getting better. Although, the wifi speed needs improvement. And the hotel lacks some facilities such as gym, spa. It is a 4 star hotel, amongst the most expensive in town and I miss those facilities.
A competitor hotel does offer 6 times greater wifi speed, and gym and sauna (but lacks the room quality of atlas)

Unfortunately I experienced a lack of communication with the hotel. |My messages and phone calls were completely ignored. I left a message about the payment mode and I haven't heard back.|Hopefuĺly in the future the hotel will enhance the communication with the guests.|
A very positive experience right in the heart of Timisoara’s. Location wise, could not be better and close to all day and evening time entertainment and terraces of Union and Liberty Squares. Very attentive and helpful staff, large and cosy rooms, restaurant with indoor and outdoor eating possibilities. A really successful and tasteful renovation of a building in the city’s historical centre.
